(Copy of book recieved at The Great Family Gathering on 31 August 2013, in San Dimas, California). In Sharing the History of our People, I wanted to include, from memories, recollections, and thoughts, one great family - "The Hamlins".
This is a very large group of people with a family tre that stretches far and wide
The Hamlins' wer known to have been a prosperpus family in the early 1900s, owning their own land and family mansion in Pattison, Mississippi They remained blessed with good fourtune for man, Many years.
Over the years, family members have moved and settled in various parts of the United states, buth they remain very much a part of theFamilies' Traditionas and Roots.
This History is probably not 100% complete or accurate, however I am giving the History to you the way it was given to me. I would like to thank everyone who provided information and helped me to research our roots.
